Strength Resides in YOU

Setting goals for the New Year, can be a challenge. The challenge however is with you, with me. It is necessary to know what your goal(s) are.   I am speaking of nutrition and workouts, they are a team.

It is always necessary to write your goal(s) down, be realistic. Slow steps then gradually increase those steps. Setting unrealistic goals can deter your goals and many people will give up. Will this be you.

To begin-YOU MUST BELIEVE TO ACHIEVE.

Then go get it. Choose a workout program that will complement you and your goals.

Fitness Is About You

I now really love fitness. It took a minute or two to find out what works for me and how to make it work for me. I am focused on for me. Simply because…..

I have heard and am sure so many have also these very words, ” are you sure you can do that looks hard”,  or ” you may be a bit too old for that” how about  ” you may want to lose a few pounds before you start”.

It is up to YOU to begin, allowing others to use their excuse to stop you should never happen. There are so many at home workouts just for you. Yes for you.  It is not your age,your current level of activity. It is about you creating your fitness.
