- The “Future-Self” Calendar: Block out your 2026 “Non-Negotiables” (vacations, deep work, rest) right now. If it’s not on the calendar, it’s a wish.
- The Evening Reflection: Spend 5 minutes tonight asking: “What worked this year that I want to double down on?”

Identify one recurring action that provides zero value and Toss It Out. Use this week to audit your energy and exchange a drained habit for a high-value one. Gift yourself the clarity of a new direction—wrapped in a bow of focus and renewal.
2025 Dec 17 Wednesday- Win the Wave or Waves. Remember that Winning Waves isn’t about having a perfect day; it’s about being the person who doesn’t quit when the day becomes imperfect. Stay fluid, stay committed, and keep moving forward with that unshakeable purpose.
Most people view unexpected shifts as obstacles. In this framework, we view them as energy. A wave in the ocean is a transfer of energy; if you stand still, it crushes you. If you move with it, it propels you.

By scheduling in those new actions to finish this week and the year STRONGER. Finish with a period to all those intentions NOW accomplishments completed. If you schedule it you will make it happen. Don’t overload yourself, keep it real and make it happen. You already know your day by day activities, duties and responsibilities. It’s the new actions you have to FOCU on and WRITE in. The new actions are the ones you can easily forget, keep forgetting (sometimes intentionally). Go ahead MAP IT OUT and Make it MATTER. Take one action that moves the needle for your growth (Mindset, Fitness, Personal) and do it with intention. Find that one crucial “new action” that will move your growth forward this week, and write it into your schedule right now.

Get That Saturday STRUT on: Recognize that you are a winner and champion. Your wins deserve a public (or private) celebration. Strut out your wins and wear your accomplishments proudly.
Find Your Wins: Actively identify moments this week where you found your strength and were able to push through instead of giving up. These are your wins.
No Losses, Only Attempts: Reframe any result that was not as expected. It was NOT a loss; it was an attempt. Give yourself credit for taking action.
The Power of the Pivot: If the outcome wasn’t what you wanted, don’t dwell on it. Simply do a pivot. Analyze the situation, decide on the additional action needed, and apply it.

2025-Nov-20- Thursday – If you can do a HUGE favor for me and for you. Today I’d like you to just think about ALL those actions, people you surround yourself with. REALLY do an evaluation and see what is serving and what is not, WHY? Because I want you to begin that Thursday toss out. Toss out actions that are no longer serving, you are just going through the motions. Now access to see if you may need to add on to your action and do that. We’re raising the bar on ourselves that’s me and you. The people you surround yourself with, don’t just toss them out but it’s okay to limit the time. Not everyone will support, agree, care or understand you; but the words to elevate should be there not any to down grade the person who we are. This can be difficult but find a way to be gentle and do it, you’ll feel better later. REMEMBER everyone that stands beside you (I had to learn and will share) is not cheering for you some or watching closely for the fail. Today, THINK, EVALUATE, TOSS OUT
2025-Nov-19 – Wednesday – The load of what to be done can be heavy and it can be an overload. BUT how are you winning? Do you need to off load your load. That does not mean to forget or ignore what is important and the things that REALLY need to be done. BUT again do you need to off load. To WIN the game you have to know what you are caring and using is helping you. Is it helping you to focus, move you to a new level (all actions big or small). Or all you over loading to satisfy others and there is nothing that relates to your joy, accomplishments to your goals. I need you as I do myself evaluate your load, do you need to reset? Whatever it takes. As always I ask keep it all POSITIVE and but your winning actions into play.

Test out the action you need to apply, even if it is a small action. Don’t listen to the noise giving you lies on why you can’t. That’s FEAR talking. Through many experiences FEAR can speak loud and again tell us LIES. It’s okay to tell it to shut the heck up. THEN go ahead and test an action and PLEASE make certain it is positive. Every time you thin of a win, big or small I want you to strut it out and smile as you do it. Doesn’t matter if you are at home, in the yard, walking outside, in the store WHEREEVER you are and you think about that win get your proud strut on. It’s Saturday- STRUT YOUR STUFF

2025-Nov 13 – Thursday and it is time to toss out that mindset and behavior that is no longer serving you. Now if it is a new change PLEASE don’t toss it out in a week or 2 give it a max of 6 weeks and evaluate. It does take time to see progress especially if it is fitness. Sometimes however we may need to add on for the change we are seeking; OTHERWISE TOSS IT OUT.
