The Saturday Sweep: Clearing the Mental Path for 2026

Welcome to the first Saturday of 2026. While many are busy “strutting” their new year wins, I want to invite you to do something a little quieter but much more powerful: The Saturday Sweep.

This isn’t about your physical space or your daily “to-do” list. It’s about your internal landscape. We all carry “dust”—those lingering negative thoughts, the self-doubt, and the “I’m not enough” narratives that tend to pile up in the corners of our minds.

Sweep Away the Noise

Today, I want you to intentionally sweep those thoughts away. Every negative thing you have believed about yourself? It doesn’t belong in 2026.

What to Implant Instead

Once the space is clear, you have to fill it with something better. Choose at least two of these powerful affirmations to live by:

  1. Unlimited Potential: Your dreams don’t have a ceiling.
  2. Inherent Strength: You are courageous and stronger than you realize.
  3. True Success: You are already successful because you are here, growing.

A Daily Practice

A sweep isn’t a one-time event; it’s maintenance. Make it a habit to protect your headspace every single morning. You are beautiful, you are handsome, and you are capable of everything you imagine.

I Want To See Us ALL On The WIN

I am sharing a Sweep Cheat Sheet.
