We’re Not Tossing Out

Toss It In: Embrace Positive Change

No, that is not the action of today. I am usually saying “toss out” a behavior or action that no longer serves you. That action many others may be doing, but it is not you. That action or behavior you so hold on because you DO NOT want to be separated from friends, peers, family; but it is not you and . It is holding you back. Today I am switching the words and hope you will apply the action. “Toss It In”.

Yes… I know we’re used to “Toss OUT Thursday.”
But today? We’re flipping the script.

Today is TOSS IN Thursday — the day you add back the action you tried, loved… but got scared to continue.

You know the one:
That new habit, behavior, or shift you tested
The one that felt exhilarating, energizing, aligned…
And then fear whispered, “Maybe not again.”

But hear me:
Growth feels unfamiliar.
Change feels uncertain.
But alignment feels RIGHT.

So today, deny yourself nothing.
TOSS IT IN.
Toss IN the new habit.
Toss IN the healthier choice.
Toss IN the bold action.
Toss IN the version of you who said, “I’m ready.”

Feel the warmth.
Feel the smile.
Feel the momentum building.
Because it’s all GOOD — and it’s all FOR YOU.

I’m cheering you on today and every day.
Let’s TOSS IN the change and watch the transformation unfold.
