I’m sure many will read this post on Tuesday and a few later. BUT the application of actions is the most important. To make change as many do including myself we must commit by making it a habit. Not a one time trial but a true habit by setting that SPECIFIC time aside to make it happen.
It is Tuesday, January 6, 2026. A new year is unfolding, and I am ready to integrate this habit “Tuesday Protocol.” To “train” the system and align with your commitment to action over overthinking, I am suggesting a high-impact, low-friction habit for to implement.
The “60-Second Focus Anchor”
- The Trigger: Right before you start your first big task or a new project phase.
- The Action: Set a timer for 60 seconds. Close your eyes.
- The Training: Do not think about the work. Visualize the exact feeling of being finished. Feel the relief, the pride, and the mental “check-mark.”
- The Commitment: We aren’t just “trying” this. I have integrated this into our lives.
Why this works: Training the mind to apply a new action requires moving past the “analysis” phase. By focusing on the emotional reward of completion for just one minute, you prime your brain to crave the finish line rather than dread the start.

ENTER into 2026 STRONGER for another strong ENDING. You got THIS.
