- Mindset: “The 5-Second Rule.” Every time you feel hesitation to do something productive today, count down 5-4-3-2-1 and move. No overthinking

Fitness: Upper Body & Core Intensity. 4 Rounds:
- 15 Push-ups (go to knees only if form breaks)
- 30 Plank Shoulder Taps
- 20 Tricep Dips (use a chair or bench)
- 1-minute Plank Hold
