Your Best Changes Daily

And That’s OK

When it comes to fitness and personal goals, it’s easy to fall into the trap of all-or-nothing thinking. If you don’t hit a personal record, complete the entire 60-minute workout, or feel 100% energized, it can feel like a loss.

Here is the truth: Your best today will not look like your best yesterday.

Redefining Your “100%”

Fitness isn’t just about the weight on the bar or the speed on the treadmill—it’s about effort and consistency.

  • High-Energy Days: You smash your goals, set records, and feel invincible. That’s your 100%.
  • Low-Energy Days: You’re tired, but you complete a light walk and stretches instead of quitting. That is ALSO your 100%.

If you give whatever you have available on any given day, the scale rates you at 100% every single time

Whenever you feel like stepping back or making excuses, remember three simple rules:

  1. Rise Up: Decide to start, even when motivation is zero.
  2. Stay Up: Keep your mind focused on growth rather than perfection.
  3. Keep Moving: Small, consistent steps build momentum over time.

Stop waiting for the “perfect” day to work on yourself. Show up, give what you’ve got, and keep going.

You got this.
