Get Out of ‘Park’: Transform Your Fitness Mindset

What does that mean? First let’s clarify the “Parked

Have you ever seen a park car moved. The motor is off and it is sitting with a driver there. Just looking around, but no action. Just parked. Nothing going on.

Well that is you and sometimes me. We want change in your fitness life (just a quick focus) then we want change in our personal life and of course in our professional life. But there is no action.

No workout plans, no scheduling workouts but we know the change we want. Personal lives we follow the same ole scripted life shit and no shift in our mindset or the people we interact with. Professional lives, are we certain what we want if so there is no action applied. No seeking out to learn what’s now available, no upleveling in our skills or talents or presentation, no interaction with the team. AND yet, we want that change.

Well I say start your motor, put your mindset and actions in drive and go.

Change the gear and get out of “PARK”.

You got this, I know and you’re ready to apply the actions – start your motor (remember it’s not the speed for now, it’s just the movement to get you going)
