Transform Your Fitness Routine: Plan for Success in May

WOW, we are in the fifth month of this year. Already . That clock is not stopping steady moving and how about you?

What are you doing in those fitness workouts and your nutrition. Again it’s May and you keep saying “next month”. Well check out the calendar, your phone or whatever device you use to keep you in tune with the NOW. It’s May and it’s next month. Don’t expect a sudden change in your actions because in fitness it is a journey but the journey does become a life style.

It’s time to just get that calendar and put those time in. If you have a busy life or lazy life you need to just STOP. No don’t say it because for the procrastination behavior saying will no longer work. It’s non functional just like a cell phone that no longer works of blinking TV.

I need you to just pull out the calendar whether it is a physical write on calendar, your “to do list”. your email calendar or your cell. Now put that time you’re gonna dedicate to your health, to you in there. Each day may not be able to accommodate a workout at the same time but you’re the “HEAD BOSS” here so you make that schedule. It really works when you do it a week in advance.

The workout well you’re the boss of your workouts so you decide- gym, streaming, lifting, walking, dance, run,PIYO, Pilates, treadmill, spinning, yoga. Just do it. Make certain you are enjoying the workout and give your 100 percent to it. If you only have 40 percent to a days workout well give 100 per cent of that 40.

It’s May and It’s time-
