Overcoming Mental Barriers: Seeking Help is Strength

Where is your mindset? I know you’re positive most of the time but if you’re still battling that small dark closet in your brain and it has a grip on you to prevent that next big step you know you need to take but that dang doggone dark cloud just keep popping on.

I must share that cloud holds many of us. Now we don’t all have the same cloud but yet a few of us do. We don’t like to talk about it to our friends but I bet you have one you can share and receive honest feed back. If this is a not working I suggest professional.

Delete the negative words about having a therapist or you’re weak, or insane and everyone goes through this. YOU MY LOVE are not everyone. If we, that’s me, you and a few others link ourselves to everyone we would not be applying actions to improve ourselves, change our mindset attending classes in person or online. We admit there is a hiccup and it keeps returning and help is needed.

A friend is okay but again if it isn’t working to the level you like then it’s okay really 100 percent okay to seek professional help. Maybe you perfer a group or 1:1. You decide and make it happen. Having a healthy mindset, deleting that cloud will aide in your mental growth and on whatever journey you’re on or maybe you are like me. WHAT? Yep I am on a few journeys and yes help is sometimes required. Shame, nope. That shame when we are in need of help has held many back before they seek it or they just are held back.

Now I ask you to evaluate yourself all the way and I trust you to make the right decisions because GREATNESS is just part of your DNA
