Thursday Transformation: Let Go of Limiting Beliefs

“A Throw Back But A Toss Out”

The cliche is used as Thursday being a throw back. Let’s do a switch and then you can return to the “throw back”. How about “a toss out”.

Making Thursday a day you toss out all the behavior and actions that no longer serve you. The ones you have been hanging on for years and years that includes those years of fear (because you are still believing in things family, friends and others) have told you to and it is holding you. Holding you back no, but in the hold there is a slow release to your challenge of the fear because you just won’t toss it out.

You know you better than anyone and I bet there is someone that probably knows you pretty close and is encouraging you to toss out the fears and be you. BUT that one or two person(s) is out numbered so you still listen to the fear. Toss it out, how about people that no longer serve you. PLEASE don’t do that but I have said and will reiterate again and again you may want to limit your time with them. You know who you are, who you love (we all love differently), you know your realistic goals just as you know a few of the actions you are using today are toward the goals someone else has placed in front of you. TOSS that out too. It’s time to be YOU.

You’re a CHAMPION, UNIQUE and here I stand again I’m cheering you on for the toss out and for those actions you are or will be applying to honor your title.
