Review Your Fitness Playbook Every Friday

It’s the weekend. Now it depends some begin their week end on a Friday after 5 and some on Saturday AM at their rising. BUT I’m going to ask you “How are you doing it this week?” How are you finishing your fitness week? What’s in your play book? How are you winning your game? Are you winning with touchdowns (you decide how many), 3 pointers? HOW ARE YOU WINNING?

Yes, every Friday I need you to check your play book and see if you played for the win or do you need to change the play; most of all did you play?

This should be a routine FRIDAY check. What you did or didn’t do and it’s okay to change the play especially if it isn’t working for you.
