Stop Waiting For “I’m sorry” That’s Never Coming

I’m going to be completely honest with you: I recently encountered a friend, and if they read this, our friendship might be on the line. But this message is too important to stay silent about.
How are you dispersing your energy? We talk about staying “positive,” but you cannot truly be in a high-vibe state if you are still anchoring yourself to old anger. We’ve all been there—hurting because someone we loved didn’t apologize or acknowledge the pain they caused.
But here is the hard truth: Waiting for their apology is giving them remote control over your happiness.
If you aren’t in contact with that person anymore, I’m begging you—stop waiting. Holding onto that resentment for years has already slowed your elevation. You are a champion, a “Green Light” soul, but this negative energy is forcing you to flash yellow. You are flashing that light are those or someone who really cares.
How to Release the Weight:
- Move Your Body: Whether it’s lifting, running, or dancing, sweat is a physical release of emotional baggage.
- Meditation: Quiet the noise and reclaim your mental space.
- Community: Surround yourself with people who pull you upward.
- Don’t Close THAT Door: Closing the door on someone or people that really care, support, like or love you is unhealthy. Your new future happiness given to you is NOT responsible for your past. Open The Door.
You deserve to feel good. It’s time to create a new level of positivity and leave the heavy lifting to your workouts, not your heart.
