Your “Oops” Last Week Isn’t the Problem.

We need to have a real conversation, cousin.
Let’s look back at last week. Maybe you missed your goals, dropped the ball on a few habits, or made some choices that completely derailed your momentum. It happens. But if that voice in your head is starting to whisper that it’s time to throw in the towel?
Absolutely not.
We don’t do that here. A bad week is just data—it’s not a definition of who you are or what you’re capable of. You don’t need to quit; you just need to pivot.
Shift the Strategy, Not the Goal
When a game plan isn’t working, great coaches don’t forfeit the game. They adjust at halftime. It is time for your halftime adjustment. To turn this week into your ultimate comeback, focus on these three steps:
- Audit the Slip-Ups: Look at last week without judgment. Where exactly did things go left? Was it a scheduling issue? A mindset block? Identify it so you can outsmart it this week.
- Simplify the Action Plan: Don’t try to overcompensate by doing twice the work. Set three non-negotiable actions for this week that will move the needle forward.
- Lock in Your Accountability: Write it down, declare it, or tell a peer/supportive friend/ partner/ spouse. Action follows intention.
Win Your Game
You have too much life left to live to let one messy week dictate your future. I need you focused, I need you resilient, and more than anything, I need you to win your game.
What is one new action you are locking in today to guarantee your comeback?
