My Challenge

I love working out. The benefits are great. I am more consistent in my home workouts. I know for many it’s the gym. I love the atmosphere and the machines. However when I finally realized I could save time and be more consistent I was a bit hesitant, but NOW…. I am overjoyed.

I get to workout at home easier for me to fit in my schedule, have a trainer, of course there are many but only one for now, that inspire me, give me tips and encourage me on my low days it’s just joy. Now to be honest I do hesitate sometimes when I know it’s a shoulder workout or triceps included. These are not my favorite muscle group. Nonetheless once I get started I give it my best and I’ve gotten stronger.

Your level of workout is not to be compared, but encouraged and motivated for you. We’re all different. Keep in mind intake meaning not just nutrition but hydration, sleep, stress (working out does assist in decreasing stress), strength ( beginners, intermediate, advanced); but every time giving the best of you and being consistent is what counts.
