To begin with did you calendar your workouts, personal and family time in your calendar? If not go do that.
Did you set limits on that dial in. WHY? To keep you healthy, alert and not to get over whelmed. You know that over filled plate.
Did you dial in the time to listen or read a personal growth message. One that is aligned with your desired outcome and with your current status to push you to the next level.
Your energy? That level will change daily but what ever it is 70, 80 90 or 100 commit it to that day
