Your Friday Finisher however shouldn’t just be on your fitness. How did you elevate your mindset, what did you do. A pod cast, a book, a new mentor. How about those actions to elevate you. Elevating yourself is not just you but your personal life, your relationships, your professional life. Did you go ahead and step out of that zone which keeps holding you back with fear. REMEMBER small steps count and will assist you to becoming the PERSON YOU REALLY ARE. However nothing will keep you just as you are, thinking about it. I know you are better and stronger. SO …..
