Why I’m Talking About More Than Just Workouts. Lately, a few of you have asked me: “Why the sudden shift to mindset and relationships? Aren’t we here for fitness motivation and inspiration?” Of course, however there is more.
I hear you. I’ve been listening closely for the past month, and do you know what else I’ve been hearing? Excuses. Denial about having enough time. Deep-seated fear of moving forward into new relationships. A lot of “blah, blah, blah” to mask the real issues.
I get it. Change is uncomfortable. I can’t just give you a cookie-cutter answer, because many of you are dealing with two specific roadblocks:
Roadblock 1: You’re “Misfitted”

Right now, you’ve got your shoes on the wrong feet. One foot is trying to walk East, the other is pointing West. You’re pulling yourself in opposite directions, and then you wonder why you’re afraid to commit to your fitness or a new relationship. It’s time to get fitted properly. Align your mindset, face the fear, and start walking in a single, clear direction.
Roadblock 2: You’re Just Listening to the Doorbell

Some of you are standing at the front door of your own life, listening to the chime of the doorbell over and over, but never actually opening it. Stop waiting for life to just happen. Walk out that door and go do a “knock-knock” on your own potential. Answer yourself with a new insight. It’s time to actually receive the love and the people waiting for you, and it’s time to apply real action to those fitness goals.
The Bottom Line No more walking in circles with misfitted shoes. No more just listening to the chimes. The breath of a new you just arrived.
