Setting goals for the New Year, can be a challenge. The challenge however is with you, with me. It is necessary to know what your goal(s) are. I am speaking of nutrition and workouts, they are a team.
It is always necessary to write your goal(s) down, be realistic. Slow steps then gradually increase those steps. Setting unrealistic goals can deter your goals and many people will give up. Will this be you.
