Just a question, because I’ve been asked why I write about, fitness, mindset, self love, self care, improving ourselves in a “ healthy fit” blog.
Well I will ask what does healthy fit mean to you. Do you think to complete yourself it is just workouts that make you fit? Allow me a minute here.
Healthy fit includes
- Workouts
- Mindset – keeping it positive for mental, physical and personal growth
- Sleep habits- clarity, refreshing yourself, because every day you are with the opportunity to be great, not to be tired and dragging. Of course sometimes it can’t be helped.
- Nutrition- healthy habits doesn’t mean we don’t sometimes indulge just not daily.
- Hydration
- Fun
- Socialization
These are components of being healthy fit as I see it. I am open to any suggestions on your out or in look of healthy fit
