Not to make this a daily habit but there are times we lapse, I know I DO. Recently I experience back to back occurrences that I’d readjusted my time to be present. Not to say I was to be present and there was a time change. The communication of remote was stated but not the time change and then there was a cancellation.
I know what’s the big deal this can happen and how correct you are. However if it repeats itself and myself and another keep receiving the omission in the communication with the same results. LOL or I’m sorry not sure how I forgot you. Due to this happening and having to call it out again is not the problem it’s the repeat. I allowed it to frustrate me. I have to take responsibility of becoming frustrated. “We are responsible for our OWN ACTIONS or REACTIONS”. I lost it for a few.

I am currently applying the nutrition plan for one of my now “loving it” workout. It’s hormone therapy program with Pilates. I’ll share that link at the end. But I allowed myself to become frustrated and decided I’d bake peanut butter cookies, a moderate batch. I mixed all the ingredients and then I stopped.
That negative clutter in my head was saying are you really going to waste these ingredients that’s money and you have to compensate your frustration with satisfaction. Peanut butter cookies are your favorite, go ahead bake and eat. Deep breathing and I realized I didn’t want to hinder the changes I’d made and this was going to fatigue me and my energy level would become low and my accomplishments for the day would be super low. Guilty for getting this far. What did I do? I disposed of the mix, into the garbage, stood proud. I then took minutes for meditation. How proud of myself.
If I hadn’t changed my mindset not just at this moment but by listening to positive podcasts, surrounding myself with positive real people, committed for change for me I would have eaten all the cookies and gave that finger to nutrition or the current program.
So yes we may lapse it is human, but how we respond is what matters. Even if you give in PLEASE don’t make it a “FOREVER LAPSE”. Deep sighs, take a walk, meditate and know your gains should not be put to the sabotage storage.
