BITTER No – BETTER Yes

Your Decision Will Decide The Action

How many times have you as I have and I know many others (which is okay if we don’t always shout out the bitter) in an action that did not receive the action or views we wanted. And then we look at someone else and see the highlights they are and have received. How easy it is to become bitter and for many will stop actions to level up for the outcome we want.

Have I experienced this? Yes, not just in one area of my life; but in my personal, professional and fitness journeys. I had to learn not to compare, by the way will hold you up. Be the best of you always.

Bitter I had to erase and put that big no stamp on it.

What I did learn and this is through growth and listening to pod casts that apply to my growth, to apply actions to improve to get BETTER. How? First it is necessary to know what you want, evaluate your current actions, self acceptance of the you as you are and put a plan in action. REMEMBER a plan of action needs to written down. Find that one person that is going to keep you accountable to the plan and the actions. I know we hear accountability in fitness a lot but it is applicable in every are of your life you want to grow in.

Find that mentor. Listen to me a “Mentor” not a consultant (not knocking on consultant) A mentor one that is willing to guide, encourage you because they too have experienced similar challenges in growth. Also mentors can be in a community with several people each sharing and guiding one another to uplevel. For the sake of growth make certain these are ALWAYS POSITIVE INPUTS. Time to now say yes to BETTER.

Today and going forward I want you to erase any thoughts, trace of being bitter, it is not serving you. ACTIONS, MINDSET, THOUGHTS for BETTER
