Friday Your Rank STRONG Finisher or Fumbler
How did this week go for you? Rank yourself, be truthful and do not over judge yourself because either way you are a WINNER.

Did you achieve all set goals this week and maybe up leveled in a few, perhaps you surpassed a set goal. Remember your goals are to fit your lifestyle, fitness level, joy and happiness. Also no to be harsh no goal is too small. I’m applauding myself in a weekly set goal (it’s an add on). Minimum of 3 days a week with my other workouts to walk at least 2 miles. It is Friday and I have walked 4 days and a range of 2.50 – 3 miles. I think it it a strong finisher.
NOW if you fumbled, no blame, no guilt. It is time to RECOVER the fumble. Evaluate that fumble, correct it and run the play for a WIN. Which means recognizing, evaluating and re writing the plan makes you too “STRONG FINISHER“
