Really Where Are You Trending?

How easy is it to follow what is trending and it is not really you AT ALL. Just follow to be included in that same old boring talk/conversations you have no interest in. Following the same steps, going to the same shops for coffee etc. looking at the TV shows and so much more. MOST of ALL going to that gym and you are really not working out, well maybe for a few but not to your BEST.

I want you to know at this moment, I want you to create YOUR TREND. Realizing what is trending be it fashion, the new show, that old coffee shop really does not work for you. CREATE YOU. Yep the best of you. Just because it is high in the fashion does not mean it looks good on you. Find your fashion, what makes you stand out, look good, feel good, be UNIQUELY YOU. Well now you got it that is your fashion.

The coffee shop you have been visiting be it daily or once in awhile is it you? REALLY? Do you like the coffee or you really want to check out the one down the block. Go ahead check it out. Quick share. I have switched from a coffee shop because it was raved about and I now have 2 others that works for me, taste better and the pricing so loved by my card. I was following the trend until I decided hmmm. Let’s try this one and so glad I did. The same with TV.

DON’T judge me. I like a good show sometimes especially when I am amongst good company. BUT …. Well I have peeked in on a few shows (never finishing) that was recommended and so not me and the actions were unsettling and I was not happy. We all have our likes and dislikes but me – that’s another time. BUT are you really enjoying some of the shows or do you need to be in the talk with your friends/peers/co-workers and whom ever else. It’s okay to acknowledge the show just isn’t for you. Then recommend your show or what you do- Establishing your TREND.

That gym, are you really working out or are you just going in doing a few reps after you find an open machine or weight bench and leave. Did you ask for a trainer to help you? Is it for you. The gym is good if it is for you. Me I love streaming my workout. It fits in my schedule, which is adjusted several times during the week. Go to the gym is a trend for many. Notice I said for many. There are people that really get the best benefits in the gym. BUT if you are not one of those just click on the link for streaming beyond BODi.
