Nutrition and diet are similar because you have to eat, That nutrition depends on the goals you’re aiming for; brief clarification our nutrition may not be the same. Body type, metabolism, frequency of workouts, health and type of workouts are components of nutrition.

Nutrition plans will be life giving, small adjustments in your current intake such as preparation, time of day certain foods should be eaten, how to enjoy celebrations without missing out on the good food. A life style you can live with and easily adjust to, but you gotta want to make these adjustments.

Now honestly speaking diets for many give speedy response and short term longevity. Why? because most diets remove foods, depending on the diet there are a lot of foods removed.
