
Really, how is it? We all have levels we want to reach and will do what’s necessary to improve ourselves and fitness to get there.
Now there are those who have levels to reach and stop because of the non magical, instant changes. You should just stop. Yes STOP that false expectation and get back on track. You only stopped because you wanted speedy results. Your results are what you put into your fitness and the ingredients are not as easy as cooking.
First you have to want the change. Then begin your transition, choose workouts that are appropriate for your fitness level and advance when your body tells you so. Yes the body will tell you, this is too easy so challenge it. Remember you cannot out work an inadequate nutrition. Nutrition has to be for you. Although you can do the same workout as someone else and see little or no results. Well your nutrition may require adjustment. If you’re not active, PLEASE don’t consume the nutrition of someone else because you’re doing the same workouts. Nutrition is your workout activity and your post fitness activity.
