Making That Move

If you’re anything like so many we think aloud about what we want to do and one times write it down. Both are great beginners but it is always great to write it down.

I know this seems like a waste of time, but it is NOT. Writing it down and looking at your goals/intentions regularly (you decide the frequency that makes you move). Then commit to it and apply ACTIONS.

In applying actions, and again I’m guilty but have learned, there is no perfect time. Waiting to align 100 things up first (I know that number is exaggerated, but we sometimes wait for so many alignments especially in fitness). We just need to make that first move, which will not be easy at first. Again I’m speaking on fitness but this is so applicable to any goals. PACE yourself. Over doing it it because you’re excited will cause a burn out, then, yeah, you will stop. But surrounding yourself will those of like mindset or near to can assist in a burnout.

Most of all don’t give up on yourself if you don’t see results in a few days or one week. Remember consistency, believing in YOU, and most goals have more than one component.

Fitness requires workout( you’re always invited to join me, just send any emoji, I’ll reach out), but there’s nutrition, sleep, hydration and a repeat of believing in you, being consistent, positive mindset and most of all…. This is so important, it actually is a high priority. Love you right now just as you are. You are GREAT and you’re getting to unlock another level of your Greatness.
