I sometimes wonder if there are many individuals that share my defense in workout. I know my goals and yet I look for motivation on my “slack days”.
Slack days are what I call I want to stop half way through a workout, or I do not put all my energy into the workout, or just look for an excuse not to workout.
I have now created my own motivation. I use the “PUSH” method. I visualize how I want to look and feel and then I push. I push through my workout with energy and I feel great.
So lets PUSH together and encourage others to PUSH there is a goal we want to achieve.
