The Book of ME

Yes there is a book of ME, a book of YOU too. I have, as of today begin to look at myself as a book.  My cover the outer me as I am transforming does not define me ( for those that get it twisted).  My inner is transforming daily with my workout and each day is  a new chapter bringing brilliance and joy to my Transformation (which is my volume ’till December 31).  Each day gets better.

Today I had a super great workout, 2 miles on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the elliptical, weights with a Beachbody giant ( well he is really buffed) Sagi Kalev- Bulk Chest and great ab workout with Shaun T- Cize, Crazy 8 Abs.

Working out at home has so many benefits for me and most of all I no longer have an excuse. Of course working out is only a fraction of being healthy and fit- as  a reminder I, we need hydration, sleep, and the nutrition.  I am still as stated many times trying to stay 80/20 in healthy eating but I am honestly at 75/25 -transforming.
