5 Tips to Master Your Workout “Prime Time”

  1. Track Your Energy, Not The Clock. For the next three days, jot down when you feel most “alive.” Are you a morning firecracker, or do you get a second wind at 6:00 PM? Don’t force a 5:00 AM workout if your brain doesn’t fully wake up until noon. Your Prime Time is wherever your energy is highest.
  2. The “10 Minute Energy Audit”. If you aren’t sure when your Prime Time is, try a “10-minute test” at different times of the day. If you feel stronger and more focused during a mid-day session than a late-night one, you’ve found your window!
