I will not. I have great friends and family, then again I am not 100 percent sure of that statement. WHY? Well when I hear, “girl let’s go here its okay to skip a day of workout” or “you’re tired take a break or two it’ll come back another day “. Huh? What?.
Do you really think this is supportive of my goals? Heck no but it may of yours. I know my mindset, I self motivate myself when I am tired or really want to hang out as well as I adjust my schedule to support my goals. I may wake up early, workout, to hang out, or take a nap when I am tired before a workout. BUT I know my body and mindset.
I have learned as I have previously listened to the advice of others not on a fitness journey and how it deters me off my fitness journey path. Because I truly love my family and friends I adjust and am hoping they are purposefully not trying to work against me I adjust. I recommend this to anyone having to decide and don’t want to say NO. Remember as I had to and still do, “this is my journey not anyone’s else”, although I am game up for anyone wanting to join me, 😃☺️😉.
I will not however allow you intentionally or non intentionally to interrupt my fitness journey and fail myself. It’s a no go.
