If you’re on any of the social medias we know the algorithm changes, recommend us to others to follow. Of course we can have our friends to assist, but the algorithm gets the outsiders to become insiders to follow.
Now, that algorithm can be large, small or hell not at all. How focused are we on social media and yet we, yes we; I’m including myself we forget about our real internal algorithm.
Lift your internal ALGORITHM
Huh, yes our self mental and physical algorithm. Are you synced into it, or are you waiting for others to approve you, accept you. Be strong. Get strong. It’s time to increase your mental algorithm to continue into your greatness of life and the energy level of fitness for so many reasons.
Well, that is an incomplete question why. Uh you need to complete it.
We all have I want and a list, however we sometimes neglect the do you wanna. Do you and are you willing to apply the actions?
To begin with, your action or actions may differ each day. How? Well there is the energy, the time and the mindset. But what is the most important is that EVERY DAY, you are applying some type of action your I want and then applaud yourself, or a big pat on the back, maybe a nod or smile at yourself in the mirror. Why because you have acknowledged yes, you wanna.
Oh my how many times have we’ve been told to erase this word or used by many as an acronym.
Why because it has limited the greatness or slowed it down in so many. It’s been used to assist of self empowerment in many ways, just erase the “FEAR’. False. Excuses Appearing Real.
How about this, keep it and redesign it as we get stronger , how?, well….
F friends. Let’s surround ourselves with those of positive mindset, encouraging and motivating us to new levels. Those who stand by, hold our hands, love, hugs not because it’s necessary or we’re all on the same journey. No because sometimes it’s what we need when we hit a snag.
E energy of explosion. Yes that positive energy to explode, that energy to reach new level. That energy when we want to give up but can’t because we’ve been empowered by friends and that energy will not leave.
A alignment. Okay a bit tricky here, because sometimes we must do a pivot. BUT align our mindset, thoughts and actions.
R as always, how real are we keeping it. Without action you cannot move to your desired goals. And PLEASE remember, one action or one day may not be it. For most we must continue adding on and erase an action if it no longer serves you. Real in giving your 100 to you to reach your desired outcome. This outcome can be on a fitness journey (yes my fav), it can be personal, professional but do what it takes to be real .
Okay now which FEAR are you aligning yourself to and with
Huh, what? I’m just curious in asking. It is so easy to shine the light onto others and support them. This is good. I’m not in any way suggesting not to support or applaud others. Never, we can all use positive energy and support in our lives.
I am saying as we shine the light on others, not to forget to allow our light to shine. Even if you do are you dimming the light because of the old myth “you shouldn’t applaud yourself”. First, I need you to debunk that. It’s okay to applaud yourself and be proud of you. Now with that said, I need you to watt it up. Yep change that watt bulb higher, release your greatness and shine baby. Okay watt up!!
I’m going to be the first to raise my hand, I scroll but it has decreased so much. I’ve actually timed myself. This has decreased my “comparison” as well as keep me focused. Needless to say I too have an addiction to social media.
So, let’s agree, this comparison game is a THING. Now, let’s talk about the science behind the WHY of comparing and HOW it is so detrimental to our energy.
As human beings, we are social creatures who are prone to comparison from birth. Since the start of social media this being prone to comparison has blown up into comparison traps called Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and so much more. Not only are these apps literally in the palms of our hands, but they encourage liking, commenting, sharing, and saving other people’s lives and comparing them directly to your own!
The bigger problem? Social media shares another person’s highlight reel… typically the side of them they are choosing you to see. So how can we make a realistic comparison and be hard on ourselves over something that’s not even… real?
Now, how about you? Is this you, how are you rated on the social media scroll.
It’s time to take your energy to a new level. Yes, now know there are so many ways without a lot of time, just a few tweaks in your life
Stop comparing you with others, of course it’s okay to be inspired by others or and motivated. Be the best of you.
Energy requires time, so make certain you’re getting the right amount of sleep. Adequate is okay occasionally, but try shooting for 7-9 hours.
Build your energy kit. Make that list, pin it up, write it down some place you can look at daily or when you see yourself sliding back into old habits.

We’ve all had a lot of sprinklings of mindset all through this December; but I bet for many it’s been sprinkles throughout the year.
Did you know that weight lifting has a positive impact on your mental health, too? and this is a GREAT mindset sprinkle. You can’t taste the sweetness, oh but you can feel it.
Beyond the physical benefits, strength training can boost confidence and self-esteem as you start to see yourself becoming stronger and more capable.
The act of setting and achieving goals through a strength training plan can be empowering, leading to a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Furthermore, strength training releases endorphins, which can alleviate stress and improve mood. And for the females still thinking it will bulk you, PLEASE erase that myth. You’d have to change your nutrition a lot, the supplements will increase. BUT you will tone your body.

So keep the mindset and stay committed. The change you want is coming.

The weather changes, the vibes are cozy, comfy, and different, and sometimes it just feels easier to wait until the New Year, spring, summer, right before summer vacation… but I want to tell you right now that waiting is not the move!
Does this mean you can’t enjoy the festive holidays?, Heck no. Does this mean eating only small bites of your favorite foods or just denying any? Absolutely not. It means to enjoy, stay focused and by all means join in all the festive celebrations you can. Just don’t go completely berserk, and I really hope you have been denying yourself through out the year.
