The POWER of Weights

We all have heard weights build muscles and females run away men run to.

The truth is weights have a greater role with both females and males.

Females, weights define, contour, and burn fat. Weights also lifts, I am so happy for the lift I am experiencing in my journey. Weights also is an aide to improve bone density.

Males, safety first but increasing the weight lifting in numbers will burn fat, and build muscle with consistency.

Of course,  female, or male NUTRITION  is important and the correct portion has a major role to get the full benefit of the power of weights.
