Setting Boundaries: Empowering Yourself and Others

You Did It BUT …..

Yes, you finally did it. You set boundaries for a few and they finally begin adhering to the boundaries. Nonetheless you have a few more to go and don’t forget about YOU.

Yes you. Have you set the boundaries of yourself for yourself. Don’t get confused now because I bet you didn’t. It takes a minute or two for so many to set boundaries on themselves. What? How? Huh?

What is how much time are you wasting doing BS and you could give it to your spouse, significant other, pardner or just have free relaxation time for your self. That BS is on line scrolling way beyond. I know about the scroll. It is so easy to scroll and then you realize the time has passed (and that sometimes seems to just speed up and float when you are scrolling). What happens if you have (and you should) a To Do List or schedule you’ve ignored a few commitments. OOPS. Yep. It’s okay to scroll but set the time on your scrolling and yes, it is okay to use a timer. How about when visiting friends or family or even in conversation with friends or family have you limited the time. I will be honest depend on where I am in my day and if I am ahead in my schedule or done I will chat a bit longer. Raising my hand Y’all feel free to set that boundary and end the conversation.

How about your breaks throughout the day? A stretch, quick meditation you need to implement these times in your daily life. It does not matter if you are in your office, or home. A stretch and or a quick meditation will assist in completing the day with a smile. You deserve a smile. Yep once again set the timer.

You cannot workout, reach out to someone close to you (we are waiting still on that call from 3 years ago)LOL. Why because you have 4 hours of TV to look at. Not judging just scoot back a bit then you can workout and reach out.

The BOLDEST limit is……

Having that conversation with someone or a few people you have allowed to cross boundary after boundary. You need to know why they fell it is okay to do so and you need to set thaat boundary. This boundary needs to be bold, big and make it stand out.

Okay Now you’ve DONE IT. Boundaries for others and You.

You want to set those workout boundaries and no time for the gym. No excuse you can doit at home. And guess what there is nutrition, the community is free whether the join or not, but if you do you can win awards. BODi
