Committed to My Fitness Journey

My fitness journey is still in motion but right now it is fluctuating and bouncing all over.  Is this a good thing yes and no.  Yes because I am continuing to workout and NO because I am bouncing about on my second workout.

Do I continue to stream my workouts, yes, but honestly I’m one that needs structure, structure in a workout, yes which is a calendar, telling me what to do next.  Why, because the trainers in my streaming workouts have developed a calendar with their workouts to make certain all muscles are worked not to over exhaust any muscle, proper body alignment to prevent injury.  OK that seems easy well for me and I know the relationship I have with my body and exercise I will continue to do the most comfortable workout every day.  Good, no because to get results in ANY workout you must work every muscle. What does this means, well it means you have to challenge yourself and not become complacent.

Complacency will slow progress and can actually create boredom and with that comes the STOP 🛑.  That’s not a goal for me, adjusting my time schedule will be a new week-end focus to stay committed.

Why am I sharing this ? To let others that get stuck sometimes know they are not alone and we have to change to stay committed  on whatever journey in life we’re on; for me it’s my fitness journey.  The change may require more than a few minutes. Yep I will be putting a plan into action writing out the details every details. If you’re committed as I am put a plan into action, write it out. Writing it down, evaluating then follow through makes a HUGE difference.

Let’s do a set-up, push-up, lunge, squat, jog, boxing punch, bicep curl or a barre stretch to committing on our journey.

I am sharing my Fitness journey with others. I have experienced weight gains and weight loss both unhealthy and healthy. My journey now is one of a healthy lifestlye with fitness and nutrition. I want others to be EMPOWERED with my shared journey and know they too, can overcome the challenges and join me on my journey and make it an "Our Journey"
