Do you ever think was I doing it wrong? or maybe my body requires this now with age? Okay before you reply to the second question I already know our bodies make changes with age so don’t focus on that question too long. But really the change I’m referring to is associated with my workouts.
I once would do an intense workout, sweaty, stopping to catch my breathe then resume and after the workout shower and begin my day or just pick up where I took a break. But now, I am sipping on water or my hydrate during the entire workout. Today I’m thinking what changed? or was I just going through the movements and not giving my 100 or nowadays my 125? However I must say I feel my workouts now and really enjoy them.
Perhaps I was just going through the movements sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know. How about you do you hydrate during your workouts?
