We all have made mistakes and obstacles; some more than others. Are you applying the lesson or lessons learned to your growth?

This is just a reminder. You’re important, your value to yourself and those who love you is priceless.
I ask that you put a time and day on your calendar to take care of you. Oh yes that pic is to remind you that workouts, hydration is contribution to your health, but I care about you and need you to take that quiet time , message time, facial time for you. Nope workouts are not included.
Okay Go Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!

This success schedule is about workouts. Yes, it is. I’ve received a few inquiries on my IG about working out. Not uncommon but the question is how are you able to do 1-3 workouts a day and you workout frequently.
To begin with and remember you’re the boss of your fitness journey. Yep, you decide when, uh huh the day, the time the frequency that is all you. How long you will workout, yep you too.
Now there are days my schedule allows me to workout after rising and doing a few household chores. And with allowed time I may get a bike ride in (spin) or a treadmill walk or even a shorter workout. However, it’s not time it is also my energy and that’s where I schedule my workout. If I workout I want to give my best and so should you. There are days because I stream (if you’d like a sample of my stream hit me up on the contact info}. No shade on the gym, but streaming allows me to workout on a break or early in the AM. I sometimes complete a workout in its entirety and then there a few days I have to pause and resume later in the day.
Truth is I commit to my workouts, my days and I usually know when I will be doing a split, usually. If time allows and the energy is there, I may do a shorter workout and a even shorter bike ride. It’s important to level up your commitment on the journey by placing it into your daily routine.
If you’re a beginner don’t go overboard with daily or you already know you can’t and saying I’m going to do it for 2 hours? Really? If your body is not conditioned no, just no. Be kind and honest, choose what you’d like to do, commit to a few days or even one just begin. Commit to the time and how long and give your best. Please be knowledgeable that your best WILL fluctuate. Yes, sometimes you can lift heavier, run, dance, bike longer and harder then somedays it just not so much. Don’t stop or give up that just happens. Just give your best each time.
Factors that will change that workout output and these are just a few. Nutrition (did you get enough, too little or too much). Sleep the same if you’re not allowing the body to rest well don’t expect a great output. Stress, this has a factor (sometimes a few minutes of self-meditation will work). Hydration big factor. NOW a huge factor is don’t expect a miracle. Okay let me explain, so many individuals expect change after a few days nope. Of course, you will feel better and notice a bit of energy increase and for certain a positive aura will present itself.
Set the schedule commit to you, never give up, you may slow down but just don’t stop, don’t compare but it’s okay to be motivated. AND 100 percent “BELIEVE IN YOU”. I already believe in you so why not you
Okay now get to moving and set up that success schedule.
Just a small share, that I shared with my FB community. If you’d like to join, let me know. What’s is it about?
Workouts, nutrition, recipes and encouragement, support not just on a fitness level but personal. However in the mean time make certain you’re taking care of your brain

How are you mastering? How are you getting it done? Is your mindset synchronized with your goals? Is it your mind and actions for you? Or are you mimicking that of someone else?. How has that worked for you thus far?
It is OK. To be motivated. To be inspired by others. But it is so important, so necessary to be uniquely you. Listen to others, gather the information, apply it as it applies to your goals. Listen to motivators. Someone who inspires you may be a little bit different than the person who motivates you and inspires you.
Usually inspire you to get better, do better, make that move. A motivator will usually give you words of encouragement and a bit more. Even your mentor. But you are different. Yes, we are all created the same. But we are all uniquely different.
You are greater. Than you Ever thought? of yourself. You are also better. Let the negativity and clutter in your head go. What actions are you applying? Professionally, to your family, to yourself, and most of all to your fitness.
By the way, speaking of fitness. Do you have 20? I’m gonna share with you an awesome, not Overwhelming 20-minute workout. It’s a yoga workout. It takes your fitness to a new level. I began today on the burn phase of it, the pre burn phase to get me ready for the program in 20 minutes.

OH my goodness. And I lift weights prior to the yoga workout for 40 minutes. Being honest in 20 minutes, I was wowed. Of course I fumbled, I tumbled, but I got it together. And what I achieved in 20 minutes was great. It is Yoga on steroids but without equipment and fast, also having fun. In 20 minutes. If this is of interest to you. Come ono ver. I need you to mastermind Your fitness level.
Just complete the contact card and I will send you additional information.

How easy is it to say yes to others. How easy is it to over whelm yourself with the yeses.
And how easy is it to say no to yourself, maybe later because you’ve committed to too many yes. Is this an investment in yourself, your health, your livelihood? It’s okay to say no, uh by golly gee it’s okay to limit your yes.
To attain your goals, you gotta invest in you. Yep your sleep, your fitness, your nutrition, your quiet time (even if you don’t meditate, but you should) Investing in you will give you the strength and enjoyment in some of this yes.

Everyday you are becoming better.
Life as it is today brings us challenges; and on some days those challenges can be a little bit more difficult and yet we handle them. As always that’s so great. But are you handling the challenges on a level of confidence, greatness, time to pivot, actions? Or is it okay, it is what it is.
That last sentence “it is what it is”, is more passive. Yes I encourage you, me, us to give our best daily be it as I always say physical (fitness, yeah I’ll always include fitness), personal or professional. But if there is an overload it is time to breathe, verbalize and reach out.
Reach out, how especially in fitness? There is always someone that can give advice or assistance. Just make certain it is positive and in alignment with your projected goals. If not just nod your head okay or give the thanks and move on. But NEVER lock yourself down and say ‘it is what it is”. The repair may take longer, the recovery as well but there is and loudly I say there is a positive response.

Isn’t this just a beautiful photo? Note the blossoms and the greenery even the distance of the trees. Just a moment to do an inhale and exhale imagine what the feeling would be like in person. Connecting to the beauty of nature; keep that feeling and thought.
Now look around you, what do you see? did you forget your beauty? The reflection of you, just as the trees flourish and blossom so should you, and the greenery of the landscape how are you surrounding yourself with the people that support and aide in the movement of YOU. Yep, in your beauty because as you grow in greatness your inner and outer person is exhibiting beauty.
Although you’re not the landscape of the picture but relating to it breath in, hold for a few, exhale and relax in your beauty and blossom.

Just asking and well, are you?
It’s easy to stay in touch with friends, family some we want to others because we’ve been shamed to either way we make that time and the push for extra effort. Even on professional level in your job or if you’re self-employed (yeah and kudos to you), you go out there and connect with coworkers and friends, customers. In your connections it doesn’t always feel great but sometimes we just gotta do what we gotta do. Yes, and the reward usually is GREAT.
Now, really all that connection; are you connected to yourself. Have you set time for you, meditation, workout, or just time to relax. Time to do a few odds and ends that matter to you. Time to rethink your whys, your goals and actions necessary. Uh huh. Yep it’s time to connect to you. And yep, you may have to spell it out for a few. Connecting to your inner you, mindset will allow a greater connection to others and most of all you’ll be happier (no punt not saying you’re not already happy, but doesn’t happier sound better?)
Okay connected, yes – no?
